From what I understand, you can used any CS3 Product.

In the interests of staying in the spirit of Layer Tennis I gave myself just my commute in this morning (40 minutes or so on the train) to remix. Also, I just upgraded to Illustrator CS3, so I ain’t never touched that before. Enough disclaimers? Good.
