Topic: Conversation About The Match @Manuel & Jameson: You’re welcome to your opinion, but many LT fans were glad to see a bit more focus on photography and composition rather than illustration and collage. We’re striving for variety, so hopefully every match will be quite different and we can explore as many disciplines and styles as possible. Again, there aren’t really any rules or expectations, so we were very happy to see this match go in a different direction. I’m glad you guys enjoyed it despite it not being what you expected, hopefully every week is both educational and exciting and fresh. |

Topic: Conversation About The Match I agree. This was a fine match of JPEG Tennis, but violates nearly every spirit of the Layer Tennis I’ve come to love. Enjoyable, to be sure, but this isn’t what we came here for. |

Topic: Conversation About The Match Now with the remixes available maybe someone starts using layers more frequently. I mean how can this match fall in the Layer Tennis category? I love Chris’ photography (after i viewed his complete flickr stream), but this match was a bit off-topic, wasn’t it? |

Topic: Conversation About The Match great work from both artists. I liked this competition a lot. It reminded me a bit of the mixed-format from the first tennis. it was a nice break from the photoshop/illustrator battles of the previous two weeks. |

Topic: Conversation About The Match Not sure if it really even needs to be said, but Chris Glass is the winner of this match. Thanks for following along, and don’t forget to download the original elements for your own remix. See you next week for a special Halloween match! |

Topic: Conversation About The Match Great job, Chris. I liked the fact that you were taking pictures on the fly and working with those for your volleys. Really clever and interesting stuff. I liked Naz’ opener but thought your reply was my fav. big hugs from Grass Valley!!!! |

Topic: Conversation About The Match What a joy, thanks, Chris & Naz. My vote goes for Chris Glass, but I’m a chump, so what do I know. - I used not one, but two default filters/effects in my last submission. But I already said earlier in thread that I was sick, so let’s just call it a moment of weakness. |

Topic: Conversation About The Match Chris, Naz: Great work, guys. I have to say, I really like the battle of ideas here. It’s harder to follow when it’s an abstract show of Photoshop cunning. The back and forth today really makes the idealogues smile. Well done. |

Topic: Conversation About The Match Awww… What a cute finish that ties everything together. BUT if it’s Naz who we’re talking about, there might just be some devilishy clever subliminal message/poke at Chris Glass hidden within that white reflection on the red lightsaber. |
