So last night I was thinking, in my feverish stupor, that I was excited to be staying home sick from work so I could see the match. Then I was thinking how great it would be if Coudal put all of these volleys together into a flip book (and if you do then I’ll take one as my credit for the idea :) but since they’ve now brought on the flash a flip book won’t quite capture it. Anyhow, glad to be watching this week.

Obviously not harshly at all fluxgrid. Latest volley is interesting but still not as exciting as I might have hoped for.

I do think this last volley has opened the door to moving beyond standard photography and manipulation to bringing in a whole new “layer” to the event. I really didn’t like this volley but now that I’ve stared at it for 20 minutes I think it’s great!

Ok, so I’m having fun and so is keeto on this but realistically I kind of agree with Greatmiddlewest and feel like this was something laying around. This feels less like a back and forth tennis match and more like a contest to see who can serve the heat, all radar gun and no volley.

Ok, finally I’m back. Looks like I’ve missed quite a bit. Looks so much like something that would’ve happened on a high school notebook, but better. I’m saying this as a compliment. For as insane as this has all gotten I like that it is almost devolving (hehe devo, mmm sweet sweet devo). I mean, it’s like the dreamscape is slowly melting back into reality. If we end up with a sterile city block at the end of this it would be perfect.
