Topic: Conversation About The Match I vote for a draw – the volleys were all much too similar for me to care either way about who gets it. Like tut21, it could easily have been all from the same person. I’m usually in favor of building upon what’s come before, but they took it way too far. I think it’s best when a player builds upon to conceptual aim of the previous volley, but in a different style, or takes the same style, but twists it to serve different ends. This match, they tried to do the same thing all match long, and in the same style. |

Topic: Conversation About The Match Hi all. This is my first post here. I gotta say that the real winner was the commentary. It kicked ass. Anyway, for my first in-forum competition, I feel the that an homage to Beyond the Valley of the Dolls is necessary. |

Topic: Conversation About The Match No clear winner to me so I don’t care either way. It felt like there were ten entries from one player. The match got better as it went on, but I can’t say it was one of the more memorable ones. Anyhoo, thanks for the diversion guys. |

Topic: Conversation About The Match Since I had a little more time after work, I took the liberty of updating my entry a bit. Thanks for the comment on the earlier version , Bryan. Update: I guess it helps to read the rules before posting entries. Mine were mouse made. As for voting, it’s a tough choice. I wonder if having them in the same room might have allowed for too much synergy (among other things) in the design process. I agree with jenmoocat, call it a draw. |

Topic: Conversation About The Match with my second post and second ever layer tennis match I am siding with Mr. Owens before I sit down to rest some. thoroughly enjoyed it. (oh and for anyone who’s so inclined I’ve posted my entry again with a little post-production, post deadline garishness) |

Topic: Conversation About The Match I feel like I just had a baby through my eyes. That was mega-stressful. I don’t recommend participating in this thing while at work, while in meetings. |

Topic: Conversation About The Match That last volley is ‘comprehensive’, shall we say. It’s got the half-toney stuff some of us like, but as much, if not more, eye-melt than any volley so far. I just looked over all the previous volleys again, and I’m torn, but I think I’m going to nod at Matt Owens. But again, that may just be his brainwashing delivering its final payload. |

Topic: Conversation About The Match Since we don’t have a clear winner, we’re going to keep voting open over the weekend—chime in and help choose the victor! (And no, you can’t vote for Josh.) That means the in-forum contest remains open until the winner is announced on Monday. |
