Vit:: Not so much the adding of new elements as was the not incorporating much of what was just passed to you. It may have felt to some that you pulled one element in and then pushed all the other stuff off the desk and into a pile on the floor to make room for a blank slate.

i like the sense of depth there is when you move back and forth through Marians designs. There’s this close, in your face with the racket and then you watch the ball sailing over the net. I feel like I’m actually on the court. Who’s up for Wii tennis.

I think Armstrong’s pretty accurate on what Vit’s doing. And, if you read her blog, you’ll know she’s not exactly pulling out all the stops yet.

I keep wondering, is this more about design or is this more about beating your partner into a bloody pulp. If it’s purely design, I say it’s still one for the ladies, but if we’re talking about competitive one liners and a clever play on words, Armin’s definitely in it to win it. But then again, doesn’t that define what each of these designers are really about?

She’s pulled back in elements from early on and it works much better than Armin’s last move. So much motion here, where Armin’s had this static vibe goin’ down. Well, he’s goin’ down in this match, no doubt about that.

something should be said about legible type. I get that he meant for that to be read, being that he put it in a sans serif bold face, but then it gets muddled by the spirograph. Plus it’s a little too symmetrical for my taste.
