andrew – the underwater stuff began as something else. it was supposed to be more of a superslowdown of the ball travelling through air. but then, as it became apparent that it wasn’t going to work, and i started thinking about how to sell it with sound, i realised i had a couple good watery clips to hand. so air became water.
